This leaves my cricut machine unusable! I was on Apple support as well as cricut support and still have no resolution. I uninstalled the cricut application and because of this problem and now cannot even redownload the application. The website is all I get is a white screen. I can no longer open the site for design space. I am using an iMac with the macOS Monterey version 12.0.1. You should always check the Cricut website for the most recent version of their software. If the Cricut product shipped with a DVD or USB stick, then that software may be out of date. It would also help if both of you also provided links to Cricut website for the exact product and the link to the Cricut support page where you are accessing the software. If you are using an M1 Mac, then does Cricut even support using their software on an M1 Mac? This is why we need more details in order to help you or the OP. Check the system recommendations for the Cricut software to make sure your computer meets or exceeds those system recommendations.
In your case we also need to know what is the exact error message so we know what you mean by "need to dowload new update"? I'm guessing that you are using an older version of macOS that is not compatible with the Cricut software. I've downloaded the update and still states I need to down load new updateĪgain like said we need more specific details.
